Your satisfaction is guaranteed for any product you purchase on this web site. If you are not satisfied, you will receive a full refund less shipping costs, provided the instrument is returned in good condition within fifteen
days of your receipt of the order.

Delivery Time
Flutes and ocarinas are typically shipped within ten days of receipt of your order, but shipping may take up to six weeks. Production of Spirit Vessels is limited, so the lead time to fill an order is greater than with the other instruments. If you need an instrument by a certain date, you may wish to call or e-mail before placing your order to check availability. As a point of interest, it is not uncommon for custom wind instrument makers to have a waiting list of a year or more. You will not have to wait a year for a Spirit Vessel, but occasionally you might have to wait for a few months. After ordering, you will be notified whether the vessel is in stock and, if not, when you can expect it to be shipped.

Ordering from Outside the Continental United States
Your order will be shipped with the least expensive, most reliable international carrier. If you place your order through PayPal, which is set up for domestic orders, an additional shipping fee will be assessed and you will have to make another payment (through PayPal) of that amount before your order can be shipped.

Paying by Personal Check or Money Order
Send an email to order@clay-wood-winds.com with your full name, mailing address, and order. You will normally receive a confirmation within twenty-four hours, along with any further instructions.
